The People Behind One Click SEO
Award-winning digital marketing engineered around one principle — search engine optimization as the strategic core of every revenue-generating digital asset.
What We Do
SEO is a connected discipline, not a checklist. We engineer four interlocking modules that compound on each other — the result is durable organic dominance, not a quarter of fragile rankings.
Technical SEO
Proper coding, XML sitemaps, site speed, robots.txt, URL structure, and site security — the engineering foundation under everything else.
Content
Searcher intent, original copy, keyword targeting, website structure, and content architecture built around the questions your customers actually ask.
Social
Targeted advertising, automated syndication, LinkedIn and Twitter feeds — distribution amplification that drives qualified traffic back to the site.
Backlinks
High-quality, industry-specific direct backlinks, tier-2 reinforcement layers, and Web 2.0 properties — the authority graph that LLMs and Google cite.
Our Approach
Every managed SEO project is unique — but we run every engagement through a repeatable blueprint. Our project-management system gives clients absolute transparency into what’s running, what’s queued, and what’s measurable.
We define success strictly by ROI. No vanity rankings, no impression-share theatre — just durable revenue-generating organic infrastructure, audited monthly and aligned with your pipeline.
Twenty Years of Earning It Monthly
One Click SEO started the way most honest agencies do — with client work, not a pitch deck. Two decades ago, Dean Cacioppo was building search visibility for real estate operators in Louisiana, in a market where every vendor sold contracts and almost nobody sold results. The founding decision that still defines this company was structural: no long-term contracts, ever. If the work doesn’t justify next month’s invoice, the client shouldn’t be obligated to pay it.
That decision forced everything else. An agency that can be fired any month has to engineer compounding assets instead of renting attention — durable architecture, entity authority, content that keeps earning after the work is done. It has to measure in pipeline, because clients don’t renew month-to-month paper for pretty ranking charts. And it has to keep getting better at the craft faster than the platforms change, because there’s no contract to hide behind when an algorithm update lands.
Twenty years and a thousand-plus algorithm updates later, the scoreboard for that bet is the client roster: an average tenure over five years, anchored by operators who have been with us for nine, ten, eleven — including a brokerage we took from zero listings to a 24-state franchise and a Savannah team that became the most decorated in its market. The full stories are logged as Lab Results, with names attached, because proof you can’t check isn’t proof.
Why “the laboratory”?
Because that’s how the work actually runs. Search is an adversarial, shifting system; treating it like a settled service is how agencies drift into selling last decade’s playbook. We treat every campaign as an experiment log — baseline, hypothesis, deployment, measurement — and every platform shift as new conditions to be characterized before competitors finish reading the headlines. The lab conceit isn’t branding. It’s the operating model.
We Don’t Just Use the Tools. We Build Them.
Somewhere along the way, staying ahead of the platforms stopped being possible with off-the-shelf software — so we started shipping our own. Today the laboratory runs on a proprietary stack our clients get by default and other agencies license:
- Schema MONKEE — deeply nested JSON-LD knowledge-graph deployment, the entity layer every campaign stands on.
- Blog MONKEE — retrieval-engineered content production built to satisfy human readers and AI answer engines simultaneously.
- One Click GEO — our dedicated AI-search division and visibility tooling for ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Agentic Tools — AI applications purpose-built for the real estate vertical we know best.
The practical difference: when AI search shifts — and it shifts monthly — we read it in our own crawler logs and product telemetry, not in a newsletter three weeks later. The full architecture is documented on the technology page.

How Working With Us Actually Goes
Who does the work?
The people on this page. No offshore fulfillment house, no account-manager buffer between you and the person moving your rankings. Enterprise clients get the same principals a ten-person company gets, because that’s the whole roster — by design.
What does an engagement look like month to month?
Quarterly strategy cycles against a measurement plan baselined at kickoff; monthly reporting on pipeline movement, not vanity charts; and the standing rule that if something isn’t working, you hear it from us first with a revised plan attached. The pricing page publishes exactly what retainers include.
Why no contracts — really?
Because contracts subsidize complacency, and complacency is fatal in an adversarial system like search. A client who can leave any month keeps an agency sharp for twenty years. The five-plus-year average tenure isn’t a retention program; it’s the absence of one.
Will you tell us if we don’t need you?
Yes, and we have. Some audits end with a foundation fix and a handshake instead of a retainer. An honest scope costs us a contract occasionally and earns the referrals that built this client roster.
Want to put this team on your pipeline?
Performance-first partnership. No long-term contracts. We earn your business every month — or we don’t expect the retention.
