One Click SEO is a digital marketing agency with multiple products including Please Review Us and Local Call Generator,  Our services are accessible from our website at https://oneclickseo.com  and through other related platforms (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding contract between you and PRU regarding your use of the Service.

By clicking “I Accept,” downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, including our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and policies PRU may provide from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms, you do not have permission to use the Service.

Service Overview

One Click SEO offers a variety of marketing services.  All marketing services are paid in advance and on a month to month basis.  One Click SEO does not require a long term contract, which means we must earn your business every month.  We do ask for a 30 day advance notice of cancelling any service.  Official communication for clients that choose to cancel or update their services can be sent to HELP@oneclick.agency.

All web development services are priced and offered to client.  Once accepted, 1/2 of the full amount is due prior to starting work.  Upon completion of the agreed upon work, we then schedule a Go Live date in which the website will be live to the public.  Client has 30 days (from Go Live) to review the live website for bug fixes.  Upon Go Live client will be provided all necessary credentials for website and hosting (if applicable).

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age, have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service, and your registration and use of the Service comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you represent an entity, organization, or company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Accounts and Registration

To access features of the Service, you must register for an account. During registration, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account is compromised.

Subscription Services and Payment Terms

This Service requires payment. All fees are in U.S. Dollars and non-refundable. The pricing for various service options is available on our pricing page at We reserve the right to change service fees with advance notice.

We offer various subscription options tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Below, we provide detailed information regarding subscription management, renewals, and other related terms:

  • Subscription Terms: Subscriptions to PRU services are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending upon the subscription plan chosen at the time of purchase. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial pre-paid period and will renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless canceled beforehand.
  • Renewal of Subscription: Your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or One Click SEO discontinues the service. The renewal charge will be the same as the prior billing cycle unless you are notified of any price changes in advance.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account management page or by reaching out directly to our customer support team. To ensure that you are not charged for the upcoming billing cycle, please make sure to initiate the cancellation at least three (3) business days before your next scheduled billing date. If you require assistance during the cancellation process, our customer support team is available to help you complete this action efficiently.
  • Fees for Early Termination: There are no additional fees for canceling your subscription early. However, please note that we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unutilized services, except as required by law.
  • Changing Subscription Plans: You may change your subscription plan at any time. Upgrading your plan will provide you immediate access to additional features and services, and the difference in plan costs will be charged pro-rata for the remaining period of your current subscription cycle. Downgrading your plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • Price Adjustments: One Click SEO reserves the right to adjust the pricing for our subscriptions or other paid components of the Service. Such price changes will be effective only after we have provided you with at least thirty (30) days advance notice via email or through a prominent notice on our service platform.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

At One Click SEO, we strive to offer flexible subscription options and transparent policies. Below are the details regarding how you can cancel your subscription and our refund policy:

  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason. To ensure that you are not charged for the next billing cycle, we require that cancellations be made at least three (3) business days prior to your next billing date. Cancellations that are made less than three business days before the next billing date may result in the charge being processed for the upcoming period.

  • Refunds: Since our services involve digital content with immediate access and utilization, all fees paid are non-refundable except in cases where the law requires a refund. However, once you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the services until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No Partial Refunds: There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except as required by applicable law.
  • Changes to Services or Prices: One Click SEO the right to modify our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our services. Any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will be announced at least thirty (30) days in advance through a notice provided on our website or direct communication to you, allowing you to review the changes and make adjustments or cancel your subscription before such changes take effect.

We ensure that all data shared is protected under stringent confidentiality agreements and is used strictly for the purposes mentioned above.
  • Third-party Service Providers’ Policies: We do not control and are not liable for the data handling and privacy practices of third-party service providers. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies and terms of these providers to understand how they handle your data.
  • Limitation of Liability: PRU is not responsible for any disruption, failure, or mismanagement of data that is due to the operations of third-party service providers. While we choose our partners carefully and aim to work only with reputable providers, we cannot guarantee their performance or reliability.

Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
  • Arbitration Agreement & Waiver of Certain Rights: You and PRU agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms or the Services through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth under Exceptions to Agreement to Arbitrate below. By using the Services, you waive any rights to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.
  • Arbitration Procedures: Arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or any other set of rules mutually agreed upon by both parties), in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
  • Exceptions to Agreement to Arbitrate: As an exception to this arbitration agreement, both you and PRU retain the right to pursue in a small claims court located in the jurisdiction of your billing address any dispute that is within that court’s jurisdiction.
  • Notice: A party who intends to seek arbitration must first send a written notice of the dispute to the other party by certified mail or Federal Express (signature required) to: Please Review Us, 3701 Canal Street Suite J, New Orleans, LA 70117, ATTN: Legal Department. The notice must describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute and the specific relief sought. If we cannot reach an agreement to resolve the claim within 30 days after the notice is received, either party may commence arbitration.
  • Arbitration Costs: The payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA’s rules, but if you are unable to pay any of them, PRU will pay them for you. In addition, PRU will reimburse all such AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees for claims totaling less than $10,000 unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous.
  • Modifications to this Arbitration Provision: If PRU makes any future change to this arbitration provision, other than a change to PRU’s address for Notice, you may reject the change by sending us written notice within 30 days of the change to PRU’s address for Notice, in which case your account with PRU will be immediately terminated and this arbitration provision, as in effect immediately before the changes you rejected will survive.

Miscellaneous Provisions

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
  • Non-Waiver: The failure of PRU to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other part of these Terms. Waiver of compliance in any particular instance does not mean that we will waive compliance in the future. In order for any waiver of compliance with these Terms to be binding, PRU must provide you with written notice of such waiver through one of its authorized representatives.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without PRU’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. PRU may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
  • Headings: The section and paragraph headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PRU regarding the provision of the Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
  • Amendments: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time as outlined in our Terms. If we make material changes, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using the Service within the designated notice period.
